The challenge

GR Bucket Biryani had a loyal local following through word-of-mouth, but their digital presence didn't match the quality of the food. Their Google Business Profile was half-filled. Missing categories, no posting cadence, and dozens of customer reviews going unanswered. They weren't ranking for any of the searches that drive footfall in Coventry. Online orders were trickling in, but there was no system behind it.

What we built

Google Business Profile Overhaul

Full profile rebuild. Proper categories, weekly Google Posts, a photo strategy that showed the food at its best, and a review response system across every listing.

Local SEO Engine

Targeted the searches that actually drive restaurant visits: "biryani coventry", "indian food delivery coventry", "best biryani near me". Built citation consistency across 35+ directories.

Social Media Strategy

Built an Instagram content calendar around food photography, behind-the-kitchen reels, and customer stories. Gave the team a repeatable system they could run themselves.

Online Ordering Optimisation

Simplified the digital ordering flow. Clearer menu structure, faster checkout, and automated follow-up that turned first-time orders into regulars.

The challenge

RGS Carpentry was getting all their work through word-of-mouth and the odd Facebook post. No website, no online presence at all, and an inconsistent pipeline. Some months were packed, others were dead. The jobs they did get were often price-shoppers, not the bespoke kitchen and fitted furniture clients they wanted.

What we built

Portfolio Website

Built a conversion-focused site around their best project photos. Clear service pages, a quote request form, and a portfolio that sells the quality of the work before the first phone call.

Local SEO

Optimised the site for "carpenter near me", "bespoke joinery surrey", "fitted wardrobes". Built citation consistency across local directories and trade listing sites.

Before/After Content

Created a system for capturing before-and-after shots on every job. These fed the website portfolio and Instagram. Each completed job became marketing for the next one.

Quote Process Redesign

Replaced the "call for a quote" approach with a structured enquiry form that pre-qualifies leads. Filters out tyre-kickers and surfaces serious clients with real budgets.

Knight Automotive had a solid reputation with existing customers, but no online presence to speak of. No website worth visiting, no way to book online, and zero visibility in local search. They were relying entirely on drive-by traffic and word-of-mouth while new customers were going to Halfords and Kwik Fit because those are the names that show up when you search.

Service-Focused Website

Built a clean, fast website structured around their core services: MOTs, full servicing, brake repairs, diagnostics. Each service page was optimised to rank locally and convert visitors into bookings.

Local SEO

Targeted "MOT near me", "car service Surrey", "brake repair". Built citation consistency across directories and a content strategy around common service questions people actually search for.

Online Booking System

Replaced the phone-only booking with an online system that lets customers book MOTs, services, and repairs directly. Reduced no-shows with automated reminders.

Customer Retention System

Built automated service reminders via email and SMS. MOT due dates, annual service follow-ups, and seasonal checks. Turns one-time visitors into repeat customers without the team lifting a finger.
